Even pre-IVF, we had a name picked out for a boy. If we were going to be blessed with a son, his name was going to be Teddy. From the second we found out one of the invetro worked, I was calling our baby TT; short for Teddy Tapken. Then we found out the baby was going to actually be a boy, Teddy was it.So we have been called Teddy...TT... by his initials even when he was In-Utero all the way up until a couple weeks ago.
TT and I were watching a basketball game (imagine that!) and a player made a fancy shot and the announcer called him "Hot Sauce" for his athletic ability to make acrobatic shots. The next day, I came home and greeted TT, as I do everyday. But this day, he told me:
"Dad, don't call me TT anymore....only call me HOT SAUCE!"
So I guess it's HOT SAUCE from now on...maybe Tate will be the next TT??
